Friday, June 22, 2012 has been designated as “Take Your Dog to Work Day”. It is said that allowing employees to bring their pet to work can result in increased productivity, satisfaction, morale, and camaraderie.
Thankfully, bringing our dogs to work is part of our typical work-week, as they are welcome any time. And, boy do they know it—our furry friends who make regular visits know exactly who keeps a dog treat in the desk drawer. Having our pets keep us company during our work day is just one more way we feel at home…at work, for which we are thankful.
